PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DAN PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL POLITICS TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DI PT ELECTRICO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Perceptions of Organizational Politics terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi Organizational Commitment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan di PT ElectriCo. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 249 karyawan yang dipilih secara acak namun secara representatif mewakili setiap Divisi di PT Electrico. Pendekatan penelitian dalam studi ini menggunakan causal-predictive modeling dengan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil keseluruhan dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa data secara konsisten mendukung model yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan Transformational Leadership mempunyai pengaruh positif langsung terhadap Organizational Commitment dan Organizational Citizenhip Behavior. Begitu juga dengan pengaruh negatif Perceptions of Organizational Politics terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Organizational Commitment. Dengan demikian hasil temuan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa situasi dalam perusahaan dengan mempunyai pemimpin transformasional tinggi dan persepsi politik rendah, akan mempengaruhi tindakan dan komitmen positif dari karyawan di perusahaan.
