Employee engagement telah menjadi fokus utama bagi organisasi sektor publik di seluruh dunia, didorong oleh dampak positifnya terhadap sikap dan perilaku kerja yang menguntungkan bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh public service motivation, perceived organizational support, perceived supervisory support, dan high-involvement climate terhadap employee engagement, dengan work-life balance policy sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui survei secara daring terhadap pegawai di Kementerian Kesehatan. Diperoleh sebanyak 427 data, 20 data yang merupakan outlier dikeluarkan sehingga terdapat 407 data yang dianalisis lebih lanjut. Pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CBSEM) yang dianalisis melalui aplikasi LISREL 8.8. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa public service motivation, perceived organizational support, high-involvement climate, dan work-life balance policy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Perceived organizational support dan perceived supervisory support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement melalui mediasi work-life balance policy. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami mekanisme yang mendorong employee engagement di sektor publik serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan engagement guna memperbaiki kinerja organisasi.
