Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi perhatian pada industri perbankan. Financing to deposit ratio terus berkembang sejak tahun 2023. Akan tetapi, dengan perkembangan tersebut non performing loan ikut mengalami peningkatan. Terlebih lagi capaian target kredit UMKM pada tahun 2024 belum mencapai target pemerintah yaitu sebanyak 30 %. Account officer merupakan salah satu role yang berperan dalam penyaluran kredit pada segmen UMKM. Data dikumpulkan dari 393 responden. Setelah mengecualikan 12 data yang dinilai kurang layak untuk diikutsertakan karena responden masih belum memiliki masa kerja yang cukup, 381 data diolah menggunakan CB-SEM. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh perceived organizational support, job satisfaction dan employee performance melalui organizational commitment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara perceived organizational support dengan job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan employee performance. Pada hubungan perceived organizational support dan employee performance juga ditemukan pengaruh mediasi parsial dari organizational commitment dan job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana perusahaan dapat meningkatkan employee performance.
