Perkembangan teknologi berbasis digital memicu fenomena Tech Winter yang menyebabkan layoff dan meningkatkan job insecurity di kalangan karyawan survivor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap job insecurity, serta dampaknya terhadap task performance karyawan survivor. Penelitian ini juga menelaah peran affective commitment dan innovative work behavior sebagai mediator, dan financial job dependence serta organizational cynicism sebagai moderator pada karyawan layoff survivor di perusahaan teknologi berbasis digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel. Sampel terdiri dari 288 responden dan dieliminasi 24 di antaranya karena data outlier. Dengan total akhir 262 responden yang merupakan karyawan layoff survivor di perusahaan teknologi berbasis digital di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa POS memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi job insecurity, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan task performance dan perilaku inovatif. Affective commitment berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan, sementara financial job dependence dan organizational cynicism memoderasi dampak job insecurity terhadap hasil kerja. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam mengelola job insecurity karyawan selama layoff terjadi.
