MODEL PERUBAHAN ORGANISASIONAL: PENGARUH CHANGE ENGAGEMENT, CHANGE RESOURCE & CHANGE DEMAND TERHADAP PERCEIVED JOB PERFORMANCE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model change engagement yang dikemukakan oleh Albrecht et al. (2020) dalam konteks perubahan organisasi di BANKCO, sebuah bank milik negara di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengaruh senior leadership active support for change terhadap change engagement dan pengaruhnya terhadap perceived job performance pegawai. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis hubungan antara organizational change climate, organizational & HR change capability, change-related job resources, change-related job demands terhadap change engagement dan change related personal resources dalam perubahan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap pegawai tetap di kantor pusat BANKCO yang mengalami reorganisasi dalam satu tahun terakhir. Sebanyak 430 data dikumpulkan dan 414 data yang dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senior leadership active support for change berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational change climate, organizational & HR change capability, change-related job resources, change-related job demands dan change engagement. Selain itu penilitian juga menunjukkan bahwa change related personal resources memiliki pengaruh terhadap positif terhadap change engagement dan perceived job performance. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan dukungan saat terjadi perubahan dan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan sumber daya yang komprehensif.
