KAJIAN TERHADAP PENGARUH WORK AS A CALLING DAN WORK VOLITION TERHADAP INTENTION TO STAY: STUDI PADA SUKARELAWAN NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION DI WILAYAH JABODETABEK

Work as a Calling, Work Volition, dan Intention to stay merupakan konsep-konsep yang berperan penting dalam menjelaskan motivasi individu dalam dunia kerja, khususnya di sektor kesukarelawanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Work as a Calling, dan Work Volition terhadap Intention to stay pada sukarelawan organisasi nonpemerintah (Non-Governmental Organizations/NGOs) di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dengan melibatkan 375 responden yang merupakan sukarelawan NGO di Jabodetabek. Setelah penyesuain data, sebanyak 350 data digunakan untuk analisis. Pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan metode Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CBSEM) dengan aplikasi LISREL 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Living Calling memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Intention to stay, sedangkan variabel-variabel seperti Perceiving Calling, Person-Environment Fit, Work meaning, dan Career commitment berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan melalui mediasi Living Calling. Selain itu, Work Volition ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Living Calling. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan empiris dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya bagi organisasi NGO, dengan memberikan panduan untuk menyusun strategi yang efektif dalam mempertahankan sukarelawan dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan program sosial yang dijalankan.
