PENGGUNAAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SEBAGAI ALAT PENUNJANG PEMASARAN: STUDI KELAYAKAN PENGGUNAAN CHATBOT “TANYA” TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTION KONSUMEN INDONESIA

Fitur-fitur yang dimiliki oleh chatbot dapat menimbulkan behavioral intention bagi penggunanya. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana fitur-fitur yang terdapat dalam TANYA dapat menimbulkan behavioral intention kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa variabel penelitian berbeda yang kemudian dibuat menjadi model dengan desain regresi sederhana. Variabel tersebut adalah convenience, authenticity of conversation, enjoyment, pass time, social influence, anthropomorphism, privacy concern, dan immature technology. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif melalui media google form dan berhasil mengumpulkan 214 responden Generasi Z dan milenial yang pernah menggunakan TANYA sebelumnya. Dengan menggunakan teknik perhitungan regresi linear melalui SPSS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa convenience, enjoyment, social influence, anthropomorphism, dan immature technology memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention yang dirasakan oleh konsumen, sedangkan authenticity of conversation, pass time, dan privacy concern tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention konsumen TANYA.
