CUSTOMER LOYALTY PADA MASKAPAI LOW COST CARRIER: PERAN SERVICE QUALITY, PRICE FAIRNESS DAN BRAND IMAGE

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh service quality, price fairness, customer satisfaction, dan trust terhadap customer loyalty, dengan brand image sebagai variabel moderasi pada maskapai low-cost carrier (LCC) di Indonesia. Industri LCC menghadapi persaingan ketat dan tekanan menjaga harga tetap terjangkau tanpa mengorbankan kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, price fairness dan brand image menjadi faktor strategis dalam membangun kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif konklusif, yang bertujuan menguji pengaruh antar variabel secara empiris berdasarkan data survei pelanggan yang telah menggunakan layanan LCC dalam satu tahun terakhir. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap price fairness dan customer satisfaction, tetapi tidak langsung terhadap customer loyalty. Price fairness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas. Customer satisfaction memediasi hubungan service quality dan price fairness terhadap loyalitas, serta memengaruhi trust dan loyalty. Trust juga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Namun, brand image tidak memoderasi hubungan antara service quality dan price fairness. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan implikasi praktis bagi maskapai LCC dalam meningkatkan layanan, harga yang adil, dan pengalaman pelanggan untuk membangun loyalitas.
