PENGARUH BRAND SALIENCE ORIGINAL SERIES OVER THE TOP (OTT) TERHADAP BRAND LOYALTY: APLIKASI MODEL CONSUMER-BASED BRAND EQUITY (CBBE)

Pertumbuhan pesat industri layanan Over-The-Top (OTT) di Indonesia telah mendorong layanan digital untuk bersaing melalui konten eksklusif seperti original series. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand salience dari original series terhadap brand loyalty, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi brand personality, brand awareness, perceived quality, dan brand equity berdasarkan model Consumer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online terhadap 200 responden yang telah menonton original series di layanan OTT dalam enam bulan terakhir. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand salience berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, baik secara langsung maupun melalui jalur tidak langsung yang dimediasi. Meskipun tidak semua jalur mediasi terbukti signifikan, temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi penguatan brand melalui original series dalam membangun brand loyalty pada layanan OTT.
