PENERAPAN THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR SERTA PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN MORAL NORM TERHADAP WHISTLEBLOWING INTENTION PADA PEGAWAI BANK DANA PRATAMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat pelaporan pelanggaran (whistleblowing intention) dan perilaku aktual pelaporan (whistleblowing behavior) pada pegawai Bank Dana Pratama dengan menerapkan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini juga memasukkan dua konstruk tambahan yaitu Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan Moral Norm sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi niat whistleblowing, serta menguji peran moderasi dan mediasi dari variabel-variabel tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei terhadap 244 pegawai Bank Dana Pratama yang memenuhi kriteria, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control, dan Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Whistleblowing Intention, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Whistleblowing Behavior. Sedangkan Subjective Norm ditemui tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap Whistleblowing Intention dan Whistleblowing Behavior. Adapun, Moral Norm tidak terbukti memperkuat pengaruh attitude terhadap Whistleblowing Intention sebagai pembentuk Whistleblowing Behavior. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkaya penerapan TPB di konteks perbankan serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi penguatan sistem whistleblowing yang lebih efektif dan berbasis pada dukungan organisasi.
