PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY, PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY, DAN WELL-BEING DENGAN VARIABEL MEDIASI JOB ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA BANK BADAN USAHA MILIK NEGARA (BUMN)

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi secara empiris pengaruh praktik Job Insecurity, Professinal Identity, dan Well-being terhadap Turnover Intention melalui peran Job Engagement sebagai mediator pada Bank Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dengan pengukuran skala Likert 7 poin, dan dianalisis menggunakan Lisrel 8.8 dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar konstruk. Data diperoleh sebanyak 463, dan diolah sebanyak 265 tanggapan responden setelah melalui proses screening dan cleaning data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik Job Insecurity memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, sedangkan Professional Identity dan Well-being memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Engagement. Di sisi lain, Job Engagement memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara Well-being dengan Turnover Intention, dan secara parsial hubungan antara Job Insecurity dan Professinal Identity terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini berkontribusi di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam memperluas literatur mengenai Job Insecurity, Professinal Identity, dan Well-being di sektor perbankan khususnya Bank Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), sekaligus menambahkan Job Engagement sebagai alat untuk mengurangi keinginan pegawai untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya.
