Kebahagiaan di tempat kerja (happiness at work/HAW) bukan sekadar aspek emosional, tetapi juga faktor kunci yang menentukan kesejahteraan pegawai dan kesuksesan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh psychological capital (PsyCap) dan leader-member exchange (LMX) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dengan HAW sebagai variabel mediasi, dalam konteks sektor publik. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring terhadap pegawai Organisasi Keuangan Negara (OKN) dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PsyCap dan LMX berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui HAW. Temuan ini menegaskan peran strategis HAW sebagai mekanisme kunci yang memperkuat kontribusi sumber daya personal dan relasional terhadap perilaku positif sukarela. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi penguatan manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor publik, khususnya dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan emosional, memperkuat PsyCap, serta membangun hubungan kerja yang berkualitas.
