ANALISIS GREEN PURCHASE INTENTION PADA GEN-Z DAN MILENIAL INDONESIA TERHADAP PRODUK AQUA LIFE: PERAN PRICE SENSITIVITY SEBAGAI MODERASI

Krisis limbah plastik global semakin memburuk, dan Indonesia menjadi salah satu penyumbang utama akibat tingginya konsumsi dan pengelolaan yang belum optimal. AQUA LIFE, produk dari 100 persen plastik daur ulang, merupakan bagian dari upaya transisi menuju konsumsi berkelanjutan, terutama di kalangan Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mengadopsi produk ramah lingkungan. Namun, kesenjangan antara kesadaran konsumen dan perilaku pembelian masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut, terutama dengan meninjau secara menyeluruh pengaruh Green perceived value dan sensitivitas harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lima dimensi Green perceived value serta peran price sensitivitysebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara attitude dan subjective norm terhadap green purchase intention. Data diperoleh dari 504 responden valid melalui Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Green perceived value dan perceived knowledge berperan signifikan dalam membentuk attitude dan trust. Seluruh dimensi Green perceived value terbukti valid dan berkontribusi terhadap konstruk utama. attitude, subjective norm, dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Price sensitivity hanya memoderasi subjective norm secara negatif namun signifikan.
