Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayanan (servant leadership) terhadap keinginan berhenti (turnover intention) pada auditor internal pemerintah Indonesia. Fenomena turnover di kalangan pegawai negeri menjadi ancaman serius bagi organisasi sektor publik, termasuk di Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) yang bertugas melakukan audit internal dan pengawasan tata kelola pemerintahan. Penelitian menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 265 auditor BPKP. Analisis data menggunakan covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) menunjukkan bahwa job embeddedness berperan esensial dalam memperkuat pengaruh servant leadership terhadap turnover intention. Sebaliknya, job satisfaction tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran empiris penting bagi BPKP dalam mengembangkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam memperkuat daya rekat pegawai terhadap organisasi untuk meminimalkan peluang terjadinya turnover yang berpotensi menimbulkan biaya besar bagi organisasi.
