Era dekarbonisasi global telah mendorong transsacrificesmasi signifikan dalam industri otomotif, dengan meningkatnya permintaan kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh product design dan perceived quality terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna mobil hybrid di DKI Jakarta, dengan customer satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi dan perceived value sebagai variabel moderasi. Mengintegrasikan Expectancy-Value Theory sebagai landasan teoretis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain penelitian eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan dari 200 pengguna mobil hybrid di DKI Jakarta dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa product design dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui customer satisfaction. Selain itu, perceived value memperkuat hubungan antara product design, perceived quality, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan teoretis dan praktis bagi produsen otomotif untuk mengembangkan strategi diferensiasi dan retensi pelanggan yang efektif di pasar yang semakin kompetitif dengan menekankan pada desain produk yang menarik, persepsi kualitas yang tinggi, dan proposisi nilai yang meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.
