EMPLOYEE RETENTION STRATEGIES
This study examines the effects of organizational culture, career development, compensation and benefits, and work–life balance on job satisfaction and intention to stay among employees of Galeon Group. Data were collected from 244 respondents across property and lifestyle business units and analyzed using partial least squares–structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture and compensation significantly influence both job satisfaction and intention to stay, while career development affects intention to stay through job satisfaction, whereas work–life balance is not significant. These findings highlight the need for evidence-based and targeted employee retention strategies.
