KAJIAN TERHADAP PENGARUH DECENT WORK, JOB AUTONOMY , DAN JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DAN SUBJECTIVE CAREER SUCCESS (STUDI PADA PEKERJA DI SENTRA INDUSTRI BULU MATA PALSU DI JAWA TENGAH)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh decent work terhadap job
satisfaction, Job autonomy , turnover intention, dan subjective career success pada
pekerja industri bulu mata palsu di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif dengan desain kausal dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang
disebarkan kepada 578 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial
Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa persepsi terhadap decent work berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dan
subjective career success, serta berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Job
satisfaction ditemukan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara decent work dan
turnover intention. Selain itu, Job autonomy memoderasi hubungan antara decent work
dan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis
dalam pengembangan pengetahuan tentang decent work serta kontribusi praktis bagi
manajemen sumber daya manusia di industri manufaktur, khususnya di sektor bulu mata
palsu.
