Reaksi klien pemasyarakatan terhadap perubahan dalam menghadapi pekerjaan formal merupakan aspek penting yang menentukan keberhasilan reintegrasi mereka setelah pembebasan bersyarat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran psychological capital sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh antara organizational justice, perceived organizational support dan leader–member exchange terhadap readiness for change. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 421 klien pemasyarakatan yang bekerja di sektor formal, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least squares (PLS).
