Penelitian ini menganalisis konektivitas dinamis dan transmisi risiko antara Bitcoin, Ethereum, dan lima memecoin populer menggunakan data intraday 1-jam dari 1 Desember 2024 hingga 31 Mei 2025. Dengan menerapkan model TVP-VAR dan
Generalized Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (GFEVD), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi memecoin sebagai transmitter utama risiko sistemik, terutama setelah skandal rug-pull $LIBRA Coin pada 14 Februari 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Minimum Connectedness Portfolio (MCP) secara signifikan mengurangi crash risk dibandingkan dengan pembobotan setara, sehingga menjadi alat mitigasi risiko yang efektif bagi investor dan regulator di pasar aset digital yang volatile.
