Tesis ini mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Price Earning Ratio saham sektor pertambangan dan pertanian di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kemudian membuat model estimasi Price Earning Ratio saham baik sektor pertambangan maupun sektor pertanian. Setelah model estimasi terbentuk dengan menggunakan multiple regression maka dilakukan evaluasi PER saham perusahaan sektor pertambangan dan pertanian. Pada model ini yang menjadi variabel terikat adalah P/E ratio, sedangkan yang menjadi variabel bebas adalah nilai dividend payout ratio, earnings growth rate, beta dan net profit margin.
