COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT TO BE A GLOBAL TALENT IN PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK.
The objective of this study is to know and to examine the competencies requirement to be a global talent in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk based on Global Leadership the next generation. Descriptive Methode is used to find and to measure global talent competencies and analyze with descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the result, it is recognize that 15 dimensions global leadership are competencies for becoming a global talent. The major competencies perceived by the Telkom’s global talent are Thinking Globally, Anticipating Opportunities, Demonstrates Integrity, Building Partnership, Developing People, and Appreciating Diversity. Other result of this research is there was no significant difference on job positions group to 15 dimensions of global leadership and means the Telkom’s Global Talent is ready for global leader. Moreover, from the research can be known that each step of GTP Framework gives benefits of experiences and provides positive improvements of global competencies for Telkom’s global talent. Global talent competencies can be learned, with conducting research on each step of GTP framework the company would knows the needs of program improvement for developing the global talent’s
competencies.
