PENGARUH COUNTRY OF ORIGIN DAN SOCIAL MEDIA OPINION LEADER PADA MINAT BELI MOBIL WULING

Kendaraan asal negeri tiongkok cenderung memiliki reputasi yang kurang baik di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan sejarah menyatakan dari banyak merek kendaraan yang berjualan di Indonesia tidak bisa bertahan dalam waktu yang lama. Wuling adalah salah satu merek kendaraan asal Tiongkok yang mencatatkan penjualan relatif lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan merek lain asal Tiongkok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa pengaruh dari country of origin, trust, price perception, perceived quality dan social media opinion leader terhadap purchase intention kendaraan dengan merek Wuling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Data dianalisa dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi software LISREL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan dampak signifikansi positif dari country of origin (country related product), dan trust terhadap purchase intention kendaraan Wuling serta hubungan dampak signifikansi negatif country of origin (country related affect) terhadap trust dan social media opinion leader terhadap purchase intention kendaraan Wuling.
