Di era modern ini, semua organisasi mengalami tantangan akibat ketidakpastian lingkungan. Kesiapan untuk berubah menjadi hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan ketika akan menerapkan manajemen perubahan. Aspek-aspek sumber daya manusia yang mempengaruhi readiness for change adalah employee engagement, organizational justice, dan perceived organizational justice. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT PLN E. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support dan readiness for change, dengan atau tanpa menjadikan variabel perceived organizational support sebagai mediator. Selain itu, variabel organizational justice juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support dan readiness for change, dengan atau tanpa menjadikan variabel perceived organizational support sebagai variabel mediasi. Kemudian variabel terakhir yaitu perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel readiness for change.
