MANAGING INFORMATION SERVICES
This book is intended for a course in managing information services. The primary audience is students majoring in information systems; the book is also relevant for MBAs who expect to be involved in making decisions about information processing. The book assumes some prior computer background on the part of the reader, either from courses or from work experience. In particular, the student should have some familiarity with systems analysis and design, computer hardware and software, and a procedural programming language.
