PENGARUH REFERENSI FOOD INFLUENCER PADA PLATFORM INSTAGRAM & YOUTUBE TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTION

Perkembangan usaha penyedia makan minum di Indonesia semakin pesat, didukung penetrasi internet yang luas dan potensi yang signifikan. Pelaku bisnis di Indonesia diajak untuk memanfaatkan food influencer untuk menciptakan keterlibatan customer melalui sosial media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara empiris pengaruh dari perceived enjoyment, kredibilitas food influencer, homophily, dan interactivity pada upaya customer engagement terhadap perilaku konsumen di industri makanan dan minuman. Sebanyak 300 data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei secara online diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui aplikasi SEMPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari variabel perceived enjoyment, influencer credibility, dan interactivity terhadap customer engagement. Customer engagement juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to taste, intention to visit, dan eWOM. Penelitian ini menambah referensi empiris mengenai perceived enjoyment, influencer credibility, homophily, dan interactivity dalam upaya membangun customer engagement pada konten makanan dan minuman melalui sosial media.
