Tesis ini membahas tentang perencanaan business coaching yang akan dilakukan pada UMKM Sukinabe. Sukinabe adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di Industri Makanan khususnya restoran all you can eat yang terletak di kawasan Kalimalang, Jakarta Timur. Saat ini, Sukinabe sedang menghadapi tantangan sepi pengunjung, walau dirasa sudah melakukan banyak langkah promosi. Dalam proses observasi, dapat terlihat bahwa Sukinabe masih belum menjalankan Customer Relationship Management untuk pelanggan yang telah berkunjung ke restorannya. Tesis ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Sukinabe dapat memaksimalkan database pelanggan, optimisasi customer feedback form dan integrasi teknologi, khususnya sistem Point of Sales (POS) dan WhatsApp marketing tool, untuk menyederhanakan dan meningkatkan proses Customer Relationship Management. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksplorasi kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah meningkatnya data pelanggan, jumlah pengunjung dan efektivitas operasional dan pemasaran bagi restoran Sukinabe.
