Industri e-commerce merupakan salah satu enggerak utama perekonomian digital Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, kemajuan dan keberlangsungan eksistensi perusahaan-perusahaan di industri e-commerce, khususnya retail e-commerce menjadi sangat penting. Menumbuhkan perilaku inovatif pada pekerja di perusahaan retail e-commerce menjadi penting, oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyelidiki high performance working system (HPWS) dalam mempengaruhi tingkat innovative work behavior (IWB) pada pekerja dan bagaimana psychological capital (PsyCap) serta work engagement memediasi hal tersebut. hubungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik yang disebut Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan mediasi yang mempengaruhi IWB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mediasi dari PsyCap dan work engagement secara simultan dan secara terpisah dalam pengaruh HPWS terhadap IWB. Pengaruh langsung dari HPWS terhadap IWB juga ditemukan signifikan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan
praktis bagi manajemen untuk mengembangkan perilaku inovatif pada karyawannya melalui praktik-praktik HPWS yang disarankan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran terkait bagaimana alur pengaruh HPWS terhadap IWB.
