Berbagai penelitian terdahulu menjelaskan adanya peran mediasi job satisfaction dalam pengaruh antara human resource management practice terhadap job performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh praktik human resource management practice (HRMP) terhadap job performance (JP) dengan mediasi job satisfaction (JS) dan employee value proposition (EVP) di PT PLN (Persero). Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang diisi oleh 396 responden. Analisis Jalur
digunakan untuk menguji data penelitian menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan LISREL sebagai alat pemrosesan data statistik. Meskipun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari HRMP terhadap JP. Namun, penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peran mediasi JS dan EVP dalam menjelaskan pengaruh HRMP terhadap JP. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah membawa perspektif baru bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan JP melalui penerapan HRMP yang dapat memberikan stabilitas kerja jangka panjang dan insentif kerja bagi pegawai.
