Seiring dengan kondisi perubahan lingkungan yang sangat cepat dan tidak terduga, diperlukan perilaku kerja inovatif dari pegawai publik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas kualitas layanan publik yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara inclusive leadership dan workplace spirituality dengan peran mediasi innovative work behavior terhadap job performance pegawai sektor publik. Penelitian ini melibatkan 599 pegawai negeri sipil pada level Pelaksana yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui pengisian survei online dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan metode Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inclusive leadership dan workplace spirituality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior dan job performance. Selain itu, innovative work behavior mampu memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara inclusive leadership dan workplace spirituality dengan job performance. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi wawasan bagi praktisi di sektor publik terkait strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui faktor-faktor seperti iklim spiritualitas tempat kerja yang kondusif, kepemimpinan inklusif, dan perilaku kerja inovatif dari pegawai.
