PENGARUH PROACTIVE PERSONALITY, WORK MOTIVATION, PERCEIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT, PADA INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR: DIMEDIASI DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh proactive personality, perceived organizational support dan work motivation terhadap work engagement karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap innovative work behavior karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner terhadap sebanyak 300 karyawan PT PLN Persero UIT JBB. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proactive Personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, semakin tinggi proactive personality maka semakin tinggi Innovative work behavior karyawan, demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah proactive personality semakin rendah Innovative work behavior karyawan; (2) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, semakin tinggi organizational support maka semakin tinggi Innovative work behavior demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah organizational support semakin rendah Innovative work behavior; (3) Work Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, bahwa semakin tinggi work motivation maka semakin tinggi Innovative work behavior demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah work motivation semakin rendah Innovative work behavior; (4) Proactive Personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, bahwa semakin tinggi proactive personality maka semakin tinggi work engagement demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah proactive personality semakin rendah work engagement; (5) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, bahwa semakin tinggi Perceived Organizational Support maka semakin tinggi work engagement demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah Perceived Organizational Support semakin rendah work engagement; (6) Work Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, bahwa semakin tinggi Work Motivation maka semakin tinggi work engagement demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah Work Motivation semakin rendah work engagement; (7) Work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior dan (8) Work engagement memediasi pengaruh proactive personality, perceived organizational support dan work motivation terhadap innovative work behavior.
