PERAN SELF-LEADERSHIP, TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, SERVANT LEADERSHIP, CREATIVE SELF-EFFICACY, AFFECTIVE COMMITMENT, DAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING DALAM MEMBENTUK INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR STUDI KASUS PADA PEGAWAI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN NEGARA

Perkembangan zaman menuntut organisasi, termasuk sektor publik, untuk berinovasi demi kelangsungan hidup. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan seperti self-leadership, transformational leadership, dan servant leadership terhadap innovative work behavior. Variabel mediasi seperti creative self-efficacy dan affective commitment, serta dimoderasi oleh knowledge sharing, dipertimbangkan. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner secara daring sebanyak 1.038 pegawai di Pengelolaan Keuangan Negara di seluruh Indonesia. 178 data tidak digunakan karena tidak lolos berdasarkan screening pertanyaan penyaring dan proses cleansing data. Diperoleh sebanyak 860 data yang digunakan dan diujikan dalam penelitian ini. Metode Structural Equation Model khususnya Partial Least Squares SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel self-leadership dan transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap creative self-efficacy. Variabel self-leadership, transformational leadership, dan servant leadership memiliki pengaruh posistif terhadap affective commitment. Creative self-efficacy dan affective commitment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior. Studi ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan teoritis dan empiris di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, terutama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik melalui perilaku kerja inovatif.
