PERAN THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR (TPB), RELIGIUSITAS, DAN BRAND LOYALTY DALAM MEMPENGARUHI CONTINUOUS BOYCOTT INTENTION

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis peran Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), religiusitas, dan brand loyalty dalam mempengaruhi Continuous Boycott Intention pada restoran cepat saji (fast-food) yang terafiliasi dengan Israel. Menggunakan metode analisis statistik Structure Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 400 (empat ratus) responden untuk menguji kebenaran dari hipotesis yang telah disimpulkan sebelumnya. Hasil pengujian mendapati bahwa (1) Religious Animosity dan Perceived Success Likelihood memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Boycott; (2) Attitude toward Boycott dan Perceived Behavioral Control of Boycott memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Continuous Boycott Intention, sedangkan Brand Loyalty memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap Continuous Boycott Intention; (3) Subjective Norm on Boycott dan Motivation to Comply tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Continuous Boycott Intention.
