Proses reformasi birokrasi berbasis dampak telah mengubah konsep penilaian job performance instansi pemerintah. Job performance pegawai merupakan cascading job performance instansi, sehingga hasil job performance instansi merupakan dampak langsung dari job performance aparatur di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Psychological Capital, Career Engagement dan Job Performance PNS di BMKG. Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh tidak langsung perceived organizational support terhadap job performance melalui peran mediasi career engagement dan psychological capital. Konteks penelitian ini adalah pejabat fungsional Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika, dengan jumlah responden 718 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Kuesioner IWP, Skala Psychological Capital (PCQ), Skala Career Engagement (CES), dan Skala Perceived Organizational Support (POS) yang disebarkan melalui form online dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizatonal support tidak secara langsung mempengarui job performance pegawai. Namun ketika pegawai memiliki psychological capital yang tinggi dan dengan dukungan organisasi yang tepat, akan meningkatkan job performance mereka.
