PERAN FITUR LIVE STREAMING DAN KEBIASAAN TERHADAP NIAT BELI KONSUMEN TIKTOK LIVE DI INDONESIA: PENDEKATAN MODEL DUAL PROSES

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif pengaruh fitur-fitur live streaming commerce terhadap niat beli konsumen produk beauty and personal care di Indonesia, dengan memberikan perhatian khusus pada peran mediasi ketidakpastian produk dan peran moderasi kebiasaan konsumen. Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana fitur-fitur live streaming, yang meliputi real-time communication, product interactivity, perceived authenticity, broadcaster competence, perceived enjoyment, dan convenience of product search, memengaruhi product quality uncertainty, product fit uncertainty, dan pembentukan habit belanja live streaming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur live streaming secara signifikan mengurangi product quality uncertainty dan product fit uncertainty, serta meningkatkan pembentukan habit. Lebih lanjut, product quality uncertainty dan product fit uncertainty terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat beli konsumen, sementara habit berpengaruh positif. Hasil penelitian lainnya adalah bahwa habit memoderasi hubungan negatif antara product uncertainty (baik quality maupun fit) dan purchase intention, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kebiasaan berbelanja dapat memperkuat niat beli meskipun ada ketidakpastian. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaku usaha e-commerce perlu memprioritaskan pengembangan fitur live streaming yang kuat dan interaktif, serta merancang strategi untuk membina kebiasaan belanja positif di kalangan konsumen.
