PENGARUH ALTRUISM, BIOSPHERIC DAN EGOISTIC VALUES SERTA PRODUCT QUALITY DAN PRODUCT UNIQUENESS PADA INTENSI PEMBELIAN ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOME APPLIANCES DENGAN PENERAPAN TEORI TPB-SOR

Tingkat adopsi Energy-Efficient Home Appliances (EEHA) di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, meskipun pemerintah telah menerapkan regulasi efisiensi energi terhadap perangkat elektronik home appliances seperti Standar Kinerja Energi Minimum (SKEM) dan Label Tanda Hemat Energi (LTHE). Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya pemahaman lebih dalam terhadap faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh personal values yang mencakup altruistic, biospheric, egoistic dan product-specific values yang meliputi product quality dan product uniqueness terhadap green purchase intention dengan mengintegrasikan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 296 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar hubungan antar variabel adalah signifikan, khususnya biospheric, altruistic, dan product quality yang secara konsisten berpengaruh secara positif terhadap attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control. Sementara egoistic value dan product uniqueness tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap attitude. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pelaku industri dalam merancang strategi komunikasi dan pemasaran berbasis nilai keberlanjutan.
