PERAN GREEN BRAND IMAGES, GREEN TRUST, DAN GREEN PERCEIVED VALUE DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTIONS: STUDI PADA PT PERTAMINA

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Green Brand Image, Green Trust, dan Green Perceived Value (GPV) sebagai mediator antara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan respons konsumen yang meliputi Green Purchase Intention (GPI), word-of-mouth (WOM), dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) dalam konteks pengembangan dan pemasaran produk ramah lingkungan oleh PT Pertamina di sektor minyak dan gas. Data diperoleh melalui survei online terhadap konsumen pengguna produk energi, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap GBI, GT, dan GPV. Ketiga variabel mediasi ini terbukti secara langsung meningkatkan GPI, WOM, dan WTP. Di antara ketiganya, GPV menunjukkan pengaruh mediasi yang paling kuat, khususnya dalam meningkatkan niat beli dan kesediaan membayar konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, Green Trust juga memediasi hubungan antara Green Brand Image dan GPI secara signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi CSR yang lebih terarah untuk membangun kepercayaan, citra positif, dan persepsi nilai terhadap produk hijau yang ditawarkan.
