Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh keadilan penilaian kinerja terhadap keterikatan kerja
dengan kepuasan atas sistem penilaian kinerja dan kontrak psikologis sebagai variabel
mediasi di lingkungan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP).
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Social Exchange Theory yang menyoroti pentingnya
menjaga hubungan timbal balik antara organisasi dan pegawai. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain descriptive explanatory. Data
dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai BPKP dengan masa kerja
minimal satu tahun. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square -
Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan
rekomendasi strategis di sektor publik khususnya dalam merancang sistem penilaian
kinerja yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterikatan pegawai.
