Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja petugas imigrasi dengan menerapkan Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) Model dalam konteks layanan pemeriksaan keimigrasian yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Menggunakan data survei dari 337 pegawai imigrasi baris depan dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini menguji pengaruh job demands dan job resources terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui burnout dan work engagement. Penelitian ini juga melakukan pengujian interaksi hubungan moderasi terkait perbedaan persepsi generasi (Millennial dan Generasi Z) pada pengaruh antara burnout, work engagement, dan kepuasan kerja.
