PENILAIAN KUALITAS LAYANAN BAGI PELANGGAN RITEL DI PT. ANTAM (PERSERO) TBK., UBPP LOGAM MULIA

Tujuan dari penelitian tesis ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi ekspektasi dan persepsi pelanggan ritel terhadap kualitas layanan jasa yang diberikan di PT. Antam (Persero) Tbk., UBPP Logam Mulia. Selain itu, tesis ini mencoba membahas korelasi antara faktor sosial demografi terhadap rata-rata nilai Service Quality. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan penyebaran survey kualitas layanan terhadap 260 responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terhadap gap negatif nilai rata-rata pada lima dimensi Service Quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible) antara rata-rata persepsi dan rata-rata ekspektasi kualitas layanan, dan gap tertinggi terdapat pada dimensi tangible. Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara ekspektasi dan persepsi responden sebagai pelanggan ritel ditinjau dari faktor sosial demografinya yaitu antara lain jenis kelamin, pendapatan, status pekerjaan, faktor pendidikan, dan status pernikahan.
