PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP TERHADAP EMPLOYEES’ VOLUNTARY GREEN BEHAVIOR DAN GREEN INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR PADA SEKTOR ENERGI

Transisi energi berdampak terhadap berbagai industri di sektor energi Indonesia dalam rangka memenuhi target Net Zero Emissions 2060. Perubahan ini meningkatkan kebutuhan perilaku ramah lingkungan di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap employees’ voluntary green behavior dan green innovative work behavior yang dimediasi oleh pemberdayaan psikologis dan motivasi terhadap lingkungan di sektor energi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia dan terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja di sektor energi minimal satu tahun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Total responden yang memenuhi syarat penelitian berjumlah 328 responden. Analisis pengolahan data menggunakan
metode Covariance-Base Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) dengan aplikasi LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran mediasi secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap servant leadership dan employees’ voluntary green behavior serta green innovative work behavior. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberi wawasan bagi praktisi di sektor energi terkait strategi peningkatan employees’ voluntary green behavior dan green innovative work behavior melalui aspek psikologis yang dimiliki oleh individu.
