Evolusi teknologi tidak bisa dihindari dan menjadi peluang pemasaran baru di industri reasuransi masa depan. Sebagai industri yang secara alami menghadapi kompleksitas dalam operasi sehari-hari, disampaikan AI dapat membantu mentransformasi kompleksitas data pada B2B ke dalam program Customer Relationship Management (CRM). AI-CRM membantu pemasar B2B mengotomatiskan proses penataan, standarisasi, penyelarasan, dan penyesuaian data dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompleks. Sebagai bagian dari upaya pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan penetrasi asuransi dan meningkatkan invisible earning; penerapan AI-CRM dikaji menjadi salah satu strategi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari implementasi aplikasi customer relationship management berbasis artificial intelligence (AI-CRM) terhadap terciptanya competitive advantage pada industri reasuransi umum di Indonesia dalam konteks Business to Business (B2B) dengan sampel sebanyak 103 responden dengan penelitian kuantitatif explanatory research.
